		<description>Great case study analysis. I have read a few based on Shipserv and they have all been great. A bit of feedback for you is that blogging is the most effective when it is impersonal. It seems as though you have written an essay with a particular reference style. Try speaking to your audience as people rather than student to lecturer. It&#039;s definitely ok to reference, but you should relax your style. Other than that, very informative and interesting! thanks.</description>
